Since 1995 we have been specializing in answering all questions relevant for publishing houses in managing their business and helping them to prepare for the future. We do have clients from all publishing branches (newspapers, magazines, books, electronic publishing), which allows our clients not only to take profit from benchmarks out of their own branch, but also to have access to best practice examples of other segments.
We do cover all subjects occurring with the publishing business as strategical planning, organization, launches and relaunches, restoration to profitability, distribution and advertising problems, markets and target groups, and so on. We do this by means of analyses, recommendations and reports as well as in in-house-workshops, project and interim management and coaching.
